Behaviour principles

At Grange Junior school, we believe that children thrive, and then in turn learn best, when they feel safe, secure, valued and respected.  People communicate how they are feeling through their behaviours, whether these be positive or negative.  At Grange, we recognise the importance of supporting children to develop positive behaviours and healthy relationships.

The Four Golden Rules

1. Listen to adults carefully and in silence.
2. Follow instructions.
3. Be polite at all times: no teasing, swearing or name-calling.
4. Keep your hands, feet and other objects to yourselves.
